How can I debate against the motion "Sports exist on the edge of hysteria."?

I'm having a real hard time trying to debate against the above motion. This debate is really important, as it will be a school semi-final.



Please Help. Any Answer would be helpful



Thanks!!How can I debate against the motion "Sports exist on the edge of hysteria."?Perhaps you could argue that sports are fun, healthy and encourage sportsmanship. Hysteria tends to be more apparent in spectators and fans. How about arguing that sport is really for the sportsperson and I am sure that you can think of more advantages and benefits.
