Is there any software that can interpolate frames for stop motion animation?

I am doing stop motion animation, and try as I might, my animation is smooth but too fast when playing it at 24 fps. Is there any software that can use interpolation to add frames in between the frames I have to make the animation slower and smoother? I have Final Cut Express, but am not familiar with it yet...Is there any software that can interpolate frames for stop motion animation?maybe just maybe "blender" has that function.



it won't cost u nothin to find out cuz blender is a free CGI application.
