How do I make a stop-motion animation?

I want to make a stop-motion animation. I have a camera. I have a computer - what software/programme/method or what have you do I need to put the photos together - one after the other in a speedily motion.

Once you have all your pictures, you need a video editing software like windows movie maker (not the best) or something like Flash. It will automatically understand that you have multiple images in series if they are numbered correctly (that's why cameras always store photos as "DSC0001.JPG"). Now you only have to export it to a video et voil脿! You can also add sound before the exportation if you want...Usually you'll want from 8 to 20 photos per second or it will look laggy.
