I'm 16, and I am flying overseas this month. I am very prone to motion sickness. I can't get in a car without feeling nauseous.
Any over-the-counter medicines and any other kinds of treatment available to someone my age?How do I treat motion sickness?i know u can buy certain medication, talk to ur pharmacist, but take ur parent and explain if ur on any other meds or see a doctor.as some meds will clash with bad side effects.
you can also purchase a wrist band ive heard of that helps stop motion sickness for aircraft, cars and boats.i think from a pharmacist also others google it.if u get moments of sickness try looking out window, breathe ,dont read while moving as makes it worse, perhaps sip cold water.hope that helps
maybe ask them that the wrist band has no side effects as it might work by pushing pressure points or something which can be bad at times, but just google n research coz it might be goodHow do I treat motion sickness?I am 14 and I use Drimamine. Also you can try pressing your thumb into the underside of your wrist. There are other medicines out there just none that I can name right now.
