How can friction between tyres and the road surface be explained using Newton's Laws of Motion?

Hi guys, I'm just doing a bit of an assignment involving what aspects of a car are influenced by Newton's Laws of Motion. I was just wondering how I should say friction, or forward motion from the spinning of the tyres can be explained using the Laws of Motion.

Thanks, any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!How can friction between tyres and the road surface be explained using Newton's Laws of Motion?Actually friction is not fully explained using only Newtonian physics, one also needs to consider electromagnetism to fully answer the question. How can friction between tyres and the road surface be explained using Newton's Laws of Motion?use this link
