When a attorney makes a motion for a gal ,what is that and will it speed up the custody case?

I filed in sept,1st court date was in feb next one in june,i dont even have temp visitationyet, her attourney keeps denying and courts are slow to sign the motion,my ex girlfriend arranges supervised visits for me that ive never done anything wrong.Anybody know whats going to happen,i just want more time with my daughter not wait forever for the courts? When a attorney makes a motion for a gal ,what is that and will it speed up the custody case?It sounds like her attorney is stalling for time for some unknown reason, most likely not to let you have your visitation rights. They are probably waiting for you to contact them for some kind of deal. Shes in no hurry as she has legal possession of your daughter so why should she care if the courts stall for time. The supervised visits are only part of the game if youve truly done nothing wrong here. Contact her attorney and agree to with the state mandated visitation and support rules and see what happens. Thats probably what youll get in court anyway and this way will save you from having to hire an attorney and get the same thing in the end. try it and when you get their reply and have no idea, feel free to contact me at thunder_wright@yahoo.com and we will see what we can do from there, without having to hire an attorney. Good luckWhen a attorney makes a motion for a gal ,what is that and will it speed up the custody case? What is your lawyer doing? If you don't have one, get one. You cannot navigate family law without one. Your lawyer should be pushing, pushing, pushing to get you in front of a judge. When a attorney makes a motion for a gal ,what is that and will it speed up the custody case?Guardian ad litem. Means attorney for the child. It will not speed up anything, but it will protect the best interests of the child.
