They are probably waiting for you to contact them for some kind of deal. Shes in no hurry as she has legal possession of your daughter so why should she care if the courts stall for time. The supervised visits are only part of the game if youve truly done nothing wrong here. Contact her attorney and agree to with the state mandated visitation and support rules and see what happens.
