What is Court Sancation in a motion for contempt?
I am filling out papers for a motion for contempt of court and I am not sure what the term Court Sanction means? One of the options is imprisionment....help please.What is Court Sancation in a motion for contempt?Sanctions are the penalties which can be imposed by the Judge for not following his/her instructions/orders. Among the more common sanctions used by Courts are: fines, suspension of privileges and imprisonment.
