I had my license suspended for 4 years for being in a bad accident (alcohol was involved) 3 years ago. My probation officer said that if I write a motion to have it reinstated, I could at least get privileges even though I haven't 'served' my full four years.
Is this a form I have to fill out, or a letter, or what? Fill out the caption (the names) correctly, use the same docket number as your suspension, and state simply and clearly what you want the court to do.
