Why does motion sickness cause one to throw up?

If throwing up is our body's mechanism to get rid of bad stuff from our stomach before they poison our blood, then what's the purpose of throwing up when we have motion sickness?Why does motion sickness cause one to throw up?Motion sickness is caused by motion of course...and is due to lack of synchronicity, which is found near your eyes or what is heard by your ears to confuse your brain. Motion sickness through your ears causes damage that can be simple, such as throwing up and sweating, or worse cases to be revealed on your own. Driving is one of the most common areas to be found of motion sickness forming.Why does motion sickness cause one to throw up?There may not be a purpose. Your body just can't handle having food in the stomach when the body or vision is spinning. I don't think it's a defense I think it's just a natural response to spinning.
