How can I watch Internet videos in slow motion?

Is there something in Windows 7 that will enable me to do this? Other software?



Is it possible to cause the videos to run at various slower speeds? Pause and restart in slow motion?



Would I have to copy the videos to my computer to accomplish this?



I don't want to have to spend money to accomplish this if I can help it, although I probably will if I have no other choice and the price is very reasonable.
