What does defendent take to court when plantiff files motion for summary disposition?

i an being sued by a hospital for $1890.00 plus fees and interest. I have a second court date labled motion for summary disposition. What do I take to court with me? I owe the money, but have no job right now. I send 10.00 when I can, but it is not enough. Help. What does defendent take to court when plantiff files motion for summary disposition? It sounds like you do not have a defense, so you have no need to take anything. If you had a defense, you would need to take affidavits supporting your defense, sufficient to show a genuine issue of material fact for trial.

What you should do is go to court, explain your financial problems, and ask for a "partial pay order," that will allow you to make regular payments. "$10 when you can" is, as you point out, not enough. You need to pay your debts. If you don't they will come and take your stuff.
