Does anyone knows how to do a motion picture?

I want to do a picture that have motion, is like a video. Can some one help me.Does anyone knows how to do a motion picture?I think you mean an "animated gif".

An animated gif lets you store several images inside one .gif image. These are like the different "cells" in a traditional animation. when the gif moves through the different stills it looks like an animation.

As a tip, this is possible inside of photoshop by creating a layer per image cell, and then saving as a GIF. This lets you set the animation sequence in ImageReady (Included with Photoshop) to how quickly they trasnition.
