What program can i use to make stop motion out of pre-taken pictures?

Most stop motion programs out there let you capture pictures while the camera is connected to the computer but I already have the pictures taken and I want to compile them into a video. What program can I use to compile multiple already taken images into a video?

I don't want to use Windows Movie Maker because it only supports 8 frames per second with imported pictures. I would like 24 FPS as a minimum.

I am a windows userWhat program can i use to make stop motion out of pre-taken pictures?Well coincidentially, I was looking for some apps like that and came across two free ones. I haven't started using them yet but I'll give you the links to download them. I found the tutorial for the one app called MonkeyJam and I went briefly into the app which gives you the choice of 24 fps and probably higher, and you can also import pictures rather than just capture from your webcam.

Make sure to copy the serial number for the AnimatorDV app.

The downloads aren't too big.
