How do I do this uniform motion problem?

Studying for a big test tomorrow, and I can't figure this uniform motion problem out.



Cy decided to go to his high school reunion in another city. He was able to hitch a ride with a friend and the journey took 10 hours averaging 55 mph. Cy needed to return home, an the return flight too 1/6 of the time. What was the average speed of the plane?How do I do this uniform motion problem?Time taken by the plane: 1/6*10hrs = 10/6hrs

Distance taken by plane = distance taken by car = 55*10=550miles

Average speed = distance / time = 550/(10/6) = 330miles/hr
