On the motion sensor light switch,I have (2 Black wires and 1 Green wire) and coming out of the wall I have a (Red,Orange and a Blue Wire)How would I electrically connect my Motion Sensor light switch ?The wiring you describe is not standard and not compliant with building codes in the United States.
Standard wiring in the United States for a 110/115/120 volt circuit is Black live wire, White nuetural wire, Green or Bare Copper ground wire.

You need to determine which is hot, which is neutral and which is ground. The green on the switch is the ground wire.
