What can i do to not get motion sickness on roller coasters?

so im going to six flags soon and every time i go i always end up getting dizzy and stuff and it sucks because i LOVE roller coasters but i dont want to feel like **** either....i heard about motion sickness pills but idk which ones to take or how many or the name of them! so please help, i would really appreciate it.(:What can i do to not get motion sickness on roller coasters?Oh I feel so bad for you because I feel that same way!
